The Drone Video Production Process

Defining Your Vision

To begin the process of creating your Drone Photography, we first meet with your New York business. We take the time to learn about your products and services so that we can help you develop a clear plan for your video content. We will always strive to deliver your New York business with a final product that fits your ideas and goals. Once we have finished discussing what you are looking to achieve, we will immediately begin to design a plan for you. The quicker we begin, the quicker you will see results.

Scheduling & Planning

Once we put together your plan, we can talk about when we will create your video. Is it for an upcoming event or do you have a deadline? We will try our best to work around your schedule to have your video prepared in time. But, we will strive to choose an optimal day and not interfere with your daily business operations. This also depends on what you are looking to film and when. You will have to consider convenient times because certain lighting can make a huge difference in the quality of your final product.

Shooting

When the planning and scheduling is completed, we can move on to filming for your New York business! Since you have to be registered to fly a drone, we will have our fully-licensed FAA Certified Drone Operator come to the site to film your material. Of course, our team member will show up on-time to capture your desired footage and shots. They will then return to our company to move the footage to post-production.

Post-Production

When all of your desired shots have been completed, your footage is put into post-production. This is when our video production team will create your final product. To achieve the best results, stand-alone Drone photography will take around 1-3 weeks.

If you are looking to integrate Drone footage into a standard video, the process can take up to 6-8 weeks. Due to the amount of footage needed to be edited seamlessly together, we will need the extra time to create the perfect project for your New York company. Once it is all completed, we can help you use your videos on your website, social media and other platforms.

Video Production FAQs

Aerial photography is specialized for events like real estate, weddings, parties and social events, but it also usually is accompanied by photographs and other forms of video. Every Drone Photography project will also be unique to your New York business and priced accordingly due to how specialized the material is. We want to deliver quality content that encapsulates your specialties.

Drone photography is much more accessible in today’s digital world compared to just a few years ago. If you have a real estate business, drone footage will cover an entire area faster than you can run from the front yard to the back with a regular DSLR. It also gives buyers a more in-depth view of the property.

It will also be a cheaper investment than buying your own drone, figuring out how to use it and editing the video capture within a few days. Our Video Production Team has enough experience with drone footage to complete your videos within a timely manner. We are also authorized by the FAA to fly our drone, so it only makes the process much easier for you.

The amount of time it takes to create footage for your New York business depends on what you are looking for. Do you need more than one location filmed? Are you combining the drone footage into regular content? If you are only looking to gain drone footage alone, then your final product can be completed within 1-3 weeks. If you are looking for a more extensive video, the process can take from 6-8 weeks.

For Mack Media Group’s Video Production Team, we make sure that we cover all necessary angles when it comes to videos for your New York business. The first step is to have a kick-off meeting where we will discuss what type of video production you are looking for. This can range from how many locations you need to be filmed to various other video details that will need to be discussed before we start filming. We will also put together a video script or storyboard to help create a visual.

The next step is to figure out what location you want to film at. Once we have all the plans made, we then get into the preparation of making your video with the latest equipment and technology.

Once we are finished obtaining the video, we will then place it into post-production, where we can add animations, edit the lighting, include music and other various sound options. We want you to be happy with the end result, so we take the time to make sure the video meets your standards and will really represent your New York business.
