About the Author: Scott Johnson
As the founder of Mack Media, Scott drives the direction of the agency to ensure its clients get the service they expect and deserve. Scott came from the printing and sign industry as the owner of Vision Designs in Brookfield for 18 years. Having worked with hundreds of businesses over the years Scott constantly encountered the daily frustrations of business owners with their existing marketing companies.
Scott saw an opportunity to not only offer a similar service, but a better one. His vision has always been to give the customer a service that they're truly satisfied with. He knows that in order to succeed in business you must deliver on your promises and teaches his employees to embrace these same values and encourages them to come to work every day with a positive attitude and the singular thought of "How can I help the customer even more than I did the day before".
It is this mantra that makes up the spirit of Mack Media and what differentiates his company from every other marketing company.
Scott is also deeply involved in the community where he works and the surrounding areas. Over the years Scott has raised money to help put several individuals through college and worked alongside charities, schools, and nonprofits to provide essential marketing services and moral support wherever and whenever possible. At the end of the day Scott is a passionate individual who cares not only about his customers, but the community, and world we live in today.
