The Mack Media, LLC, located in Brookfield, Connecticut is seeking to hire a  Film, Video Producer [Camera Operators, Television, Video, and Film] with great design skills. We are a fast-growing digital media and marketing company that serves business and professional offices with their digital marketing needs. 

We are seeking to hire a full-time Film and Video Producer to provide online video content for clients. This is a full-time, non-contract, salaried position. While the position duties may vary based upon the needs of particular projects and assignments, the following are the standard responsibilities of the position:

• Set up and operate still and video cameras, with experience especially with DSLR, Mirrorless and Cinema Camera bodies.
• Edit photos, audio and video recordings.
• Produce and coordinate activities of production personnel.
• Collaborate with others to determine technical details of productions.
• Inspect sets or exhibits.
• Select materials or props.
• Review details of technical drawings or specifications.
• Operate communications, transmissions, or broadcasting equipment.
• Maintain recording or broadcasting equipment.
• Manage content of broadcasts or presentations.
• Direct productions or performances.
• Write informational material, concepts and scripts.
• Create computer-generated graphics or animation, with a good eye to design.
• Label production materials.
• Research new technologies.

This position requires a high school diploma and a minimum of an associate degree in film and technology. Degrees related to film production and editing will also be considered.  The following technical abilities and qualifications are required: 

• Certificate and technological experience with Red Cinema Cameras.
• Video Editing Software Certification, such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Apple Final Cut/Motion.
• Website design skills are a must.

This position is full-time. Annual salary of $84,843.00.
