The following document outlines the offering by Mack Media to the chosen customer. By accepting our offer, you are agreeing to these terms.

Right to refuse service:

Mack Media reserves the right to refuse service and or cancel the offer in the event that the website asked to be created is in Mack Media’s sole discretion deemed to have or intends to have objectionable material such as, but not limited to adult oriented material, material aimed at minors, or is illegal in the United States in any way, shape or form. In such case, the offer will be terminated and no cash value will be provided.

Description of offer:

Mack Media is offering 1 (one) free website design of a 1 (one) page website. The web site will be designed with modern standards as off the year 2016 to be considered “mobile friendly” and “responsive” in nature.

Limitation of liability

– Although Mack Media will provide a best effort to make the website compatible with all major devices, because each manufacturer, web browser manufacture, and user settings vary the web site is not guaranteed to work on any and all devices.

– Customer also hereby agrees to free Mack media of any liability relating to the security of your website. Customer hereby understand and agree that the security of your website, its infrastructure, email services and any related components to the web site are to be solely the responsibility of the customer and the web hosting provider.

Offer Exclusions:

The following items are not included whether in part or in whole as part of this offer:

– Cost of logo design services, including, but not limited to labor, licensed images, and or licensed fonts. You agree to be held solely responsible and relieve Mack Media of any and all liability resulting in use of copyrighted works to which we were not informed of their origin.

– Customer is responsible for all costs resulting from the purchase of a domain name including, but not limited to initial purchase price and recurring fees that you may incur. You agree to solely bear the responsibility of these costs and agree to relieve Mack Media of any and all potential liability associated with this purchase.

– Customer is responsible for all costs resulting from the purchase of web hosting including, but not limited to initial purchase price and recurring fees that you may incur. Customer agrees to solely bear the responsibility of these costs and agree to relieve Mack Media of any and all potential liability associated with this purchase.

Additional Terms

Any additional features, content creation, stock images, or images not provided by client may cause the client to incur additional charges. Customer agrees to be held liable to pay all charges promptly to the party providing the materials or services.
